What triggers people to give donations? Focusing on “Urban young people”, design an experience for this user that encourages them to build a relationship with SOS Barnbyar witch feels worthwhile and long lasting.
One of our biggest insights was that people wanted to see where their money is going. Therefor we chose to go for the idea that provides a service where you can track your money from donation to end delivery. By using this service you can customize your donations, follow other people / friends donations, see your own accomplishments and current projects. Our dream would also be to allow other well-known charity brands join the service to create a donation-tracking platform. This would help get publicity for the service and over time attract more new users.
