Hyper Island school project in cooperation with Adecco
A staffing agency mainly focusing on labour work, have now decided to launch their sub-brand, Ajilon. Ajilon is an IT-consultancy firm that now wants to recruit high quality consultants in order to place itself among the top firms within their segment. In order to do this they need a strong brand, and that’s where we come in.
How are we going to differentiate Ajilon from their competitors? And how can we attract the right people that’s needed to build a strong company?

After doing our research, we decided to focus on one main message;
That Ajilon believes in passionate people.
What does passion look like? And how can we show it, and say it?
Passion is not static,
passion is movement,
passion is life,
passion is interaction.
There are people doing things they are passionate about everyday, all around the world. These people also share their passion with others through the social media channels. This creates allot of passionate data.
By tracking, measuring and visualizing these behaviours and then use it to create a live graphic element, Ajilon will not only tell, but also show that they believe in passionate people.
We think this will make people truly believe in what Ajilon believe in, they will stand out from their competitors, and attract the right people to come work for them.
